Your Ally profile is your organization's home on HERizon Connect. It is where members come to learn about you, follow your work, find your events, and decide whether to engage. What you put here shapes how members see you.

Profile header

At the top of your profile, members see your organization logo, your HERizon Ally badge, and three numbers: Highlights posted, total Followers, and Events. Tap the Followers count to see a list of every member who is following your organization.

About tab

This is your public-facing information. Keep it current and make it specific:

  • Organization Admin — the person managing the account

  • Admin Position

  • About — what your organization does and who you serve, in plain language

  • Links — website, social channels, and anything else worth pointing members toward

  • Contact Email — the email members use to reach you directly. This is also your account login, so make sure it is one you have direct access to and check regularly.

If you want to use a headshot for the admin section of your profile instead of your organization logo, send it to collab@herizonconnect.com and the team will get it updated.

What you can and cannot edit yourself

You can update your About description, links, contact email, and profile photo directly through the Edit Profile button. A few fields are locked and can only be changed by the HERizon Connect team:

  • Organization Name

  • Organization Admin Name

  • Admin Position Title

To update any of those, email collab@herizonconnect.com. Changes are usually handled within one business day.

Profile tabs

  • Highlights tab — every Highlight your organization has posted, all in one place

  • Events tab — all of your active events in the app, with edit access and analytics

  • Bookmarks tab — content and events you have saved across the platform
