These terms of use are entered into by and between you and HERizon Connect, operated by The HERizon League LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of HERizon Connect at https://www.herizonconnect.com/, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through HERizon Connect at https://www.herizonconnect.com/ (the "Website"), whether as a guest or a registered user.
 

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website (or, if presented to you in the App onboarding or registration flow, by checking the box indicating you accept or agree to these Terms of Use), you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, found at https://www.herizonconnect.com/privacy-policy, and our Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct (collectively, the "Policies"), each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or any of the Policies, you must not access or use the Website.

Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct 

In addition to complying with these Terms of Use, you agree to comply with our Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct (the "Community Guidelines"), which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Use by this reference. The Community Guidelines are intended to promote a respectful, inclusive, safe, and professional environment for all users of the Website and any related mobile or desktop applications we may offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, or by checking the box (or otherwise indicating) during onboarding or registration that you agree to the Community Guidelines, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the Community Guidelines, and you acknowledge that failure to comply may result in enforcement action, including warnings, restriction of access, or removal from the Services.

 

You agree to interact with other users, our personnel, and any third parties through the Services in a respectful and professional manner. Without limiting the Content Standards or Prohibited Uses set forth elsewhere in these Terms of Use, you must not engage in bullying, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, or any other conduct that a reasonable person would consider disrespectful, hostile, or disruptive to the use and enjoyment of the Services by others.

 

You must not use the Services to engage in or promote any form of harassment, hate, discrimination, bullying, or sexually inappropriate conduct or content. This includes, without limitation, (i) targeting or disparaging any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic; (ii) sending or posting unwelcome or sexually suggestive, explicit, or pornographic content, including sexual advances, or sexually explicit imagery; and (iii) threats or incitement of violence, self-harm, or property damage.

 

You must not (i) share, disclose, publish, screenshot for external distribution, or otherwise disseminate any other member's personal information, messages, or content outside the Services without that member's express permission; or (ii) engage in solicitation, advertising, spam, or other unwanted promotional activity, including sending unsolicited or unwanted direct messages ("DMs"). We may, in our sole discretion and consistent with applicable law and our internal policies, monitor, review, and moderate activity on or through the Services (including profiles, posts, chats, groups, and events) for compliance with these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. We may take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations or suspected violations, which may include, without limitation, issuing warnings, requiring you to modify or remove content, removing or disabling access to content, restricting certain features, suspending or terminating your account or access to all or part of the Services (with or without notice), and reporting conduct to law enforcement or other authorities.

If you become aware of any conduct or content on or through the Services that you believe violates these Terms of Use or the Community Guidelines or otherwise jeopardizes the safety or rights of you or others, you should promptly report it to us at info@herizonconnect.com or through any in-service reporting tools we may provide. We will review reports in context and may request additional information. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to treat reports as confidential, subject to our need to investigate, enforce these Terms of Use, protect users and the Services, and comply with law. Although we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, we may take such action as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

 

We may update or revise the Community Guidelines from time to time, and such updates or revisions will be effective when posted on the Website or otherwise made available through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the Community Guidelines are updated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Community Guidelines.

 

This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in North America. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
