What it means
to be an Ally.

HERizon Allies are organizations that show up for women in sports, not just in the work they do but in how they use their platform to move the industry forward. They use HERizon Connect to broaden their reach, put opportunities and events in front of our members, and stay connected to an actively growing network.

Allies join through one of two lanes.​

  • Lane 1 is for organizations whose core work centers on advancing women in sports or women professionally. It's not an initiative or a side effort. It's the mission.

  • Lane 2 is for organizations across the sports and adjacent industries with an active commitment to advancing women professionally. Sports is the business, and progress for women is part of how they operate.

Both lanes get the same access:

  • A profile inside the app, easily discoverable in our Ally Directory

  • The ability to publish content and Highlights directly to the feed

  • Direct engagement with our members

  • Events and programming posted inside the app, easily discoverable for women across the sports industry
