How Connections Work

HERizon Connect is a network and connections here are mutual, meaning both people have agreed to connect. That makes every connection intentional.

Finding members
Tap the members icon in the top right of your Home screen to navigate to the Members page. From there you can search by name or use the filters to narrow things down by career level, role and function, sector, or what someone listed as their reason for joining.
When you find someone you’d like to connect with, the status icon next to their name tells you where things stand:
A blue checkmark means you are already connected
A black plus means you have not connected yet. Tap it to send a request.
A gray arrow means you sent a request and are waiting for them to accept
Managing your connections
Go to your Profile page and tap Connections to see four views:
All Connections — everyone you are connected with
Suggested Connections — members the platform thinks you would click with, with a note on why
Recently Added — your newest connections
Near Me — members in your geographic area
Connection Notes
This is one of the most underrated features on the platform. When you visit a connected member's profile, you can tap Add Note to write a private note about how you met, what you talked about, or anything you want to remember about that relationship.
You can also set a Follow-Up Reminder. Pick a date and time and you will get a push notification telling you to reach back out. The note is completely private. The other person cannot see it. No one else in the app can see it. It is just for you
