How to Use the Members Page

The Members page is where you go when you are looking for someone specific or want to explore who else is on the platform. You can get there by tapping the person icon in the top right of your Home screen.

Searching

Type a name into the search bar to find someone directly. If you know who you are looking for, this is the fastest path.

Filtering

If you are browsing rather than searching for someone specific, the filters at the top let you narrow the results by:

• Career level

• Role and function

• Sector

• What they listed as what they are looking for on the platform

These filters make it easy to find people who are in similar roles, work in adjacent sectors, or are looking for the same kinds of conversations and connections you are.

Connection status at a glance

Next to each member in the results, a small icon tells you where things stand:

• Blue checkmark — you are already connected

• Black plus — not yet connected. Tap to send a request.

• Gray arrow — you sent a request and it is pending

You can send a connection request directly from this page without going to someone's full profile. It keeps things efficient.
