The gap we saw.
Women in sports are doing exceptional work: running campaigns, closing partnerships, building operations, leading teams. The expertise is there. The ambition is there. What's been missing is the infrastructure to connect it.
Resources that should be findable are buried in email threads. Programming that should reach hundreds reaches dozens. Women doing similar work in different organizations are solving the same problems from scratch, in isolation, with no system for sharing what they've learned.
The knowledge is there. The network exists in fragments. What's been missing is a place for it to live.
HERizon Connect exists because that fragmentation has a cost, and that cost falls disproportionately on the women who are already carrying the most.
HERizon Connect was built to change that equation, giving the existing expertise, network, and ambition of women in sports a structured home instead of more content, noise, or programming to track.
One platform where the right information finds you, where peer insight is preserved and searchable, and where the connections that actually move careers don't have to happen by accident. The industry has always had women doing remarkable work. They've just been doing it without the infrastructure they deserve.

Meet the Founder
Tori Boykins built HERizon Connect because she lived the gap. As a designer and product leader who has spent her career navigating the sports industry as a woman with a layered identity, she experienced firsthand how much the right connections change everything. She also saw what was missing. Great programming buried in inboxes. Events and organizations that never reached the women who needed them most. And too many women building careers in isolation, doing remarkable work with no dedicated space to share it or find each other.
HERizon Connect exists to close that gap, so women in sports have the connections, the visibility, and the access to go further in a career they already love and to become the leaders this industry needs more of.
